Giclée Prints
Giclée prints are not a new form of printing, originating in France in the early 90s, these offer some of the best clarity and pure color on the market today. While most printing processes use the typical CMYK printing method of four colors, the giclée printing process utilizes 12 colors to create the most true to form print available.
Due to the extra colors used, a giclée print will show details that get lost in the shuffle printed on other papers. For example, in my print "Sitting Pretty," the trees to the left of the house are much cleaner and can be seen individually on a giclée print than any other.
Giclée prints are wonderful, but only for certain products, due to its printing nature.
